Potato Silk is an all-natural potato spirit. We extract the essence of potato and blend it with a single-varietal neutral spirit. The potato does not just add flavour; it awakens character in the spirit (we think umami), while the spirit structures and carries the silkiness. The result is a dynamic interaction of nose, flavour, and finish that is greater than the sum of its parts.
